These Terms govern your use of Metodix — the mobile app, the web sign-up and consent pages, and the Metodix connector for AI assistants (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Metodix is a training log for personal trainers and coaches: clients, programs, workout sessions and progress. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add paid features in the future; nothing you use for free today will be charged without your explicit agreement.
You may store information about the people you train. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and your clients' consent to record their training data, and for the accuracy of what you enter. Do not store medical records or other special-category data beyond what your training work requires.
If you connect an AI assistant (for example, ChatGPT or Claude), it acts on your instructions and can read and write your training log within the access you granted. AI assistants can make mistakes — review what they record. The assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms; we are not responsible for its outputs. You can revoke access at any time in the App under Settings → Agents.
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other users' data, to disrupt or overload the Service, to reverse-engineer it for abusive purposes, or to use it for unlawful activity.
Metodix is a logging tool. It does not provide medical or professional training advice, and you remain responsible for the programs you design and the guidance you give your clients.
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export or delete your data.
You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metodix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
